Profile options

What options are available at my Profile in Socialbud

The Socialbud platform provides easy access to your account settings, allowing you to manage your profile, subscription, and preferences conveniently.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to your Socialbud account using your registered email and password.

  2. Navigate to your Profile then click the three dots ... next to your username in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

What settings are available in the Profile menu?

The account menu includes the following options:

  1. My account: Update your name, email address, or password.

  2. Manage subscription: Manage billing details, upgrade/downgrade plans, and more.

  3. Email notifications: Customize your notification preferences.

  4. Log out: Sign out of your Socialbud account.


1. My Account

In this section, you can update personal details and manage your password.


Update Your Name

  • Enter your new name in the provided field.

  • Click the Save button to apply the update.

Unsaved changes will not be applied.


Email Address

This field displays your current email address. If you need to update it, you can do so here.


Change Password

Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid simple passwords like "123456" or "password."
  1. Click the Change button to open the password update window.

  2. Enter your current password in the first field.

  3. Type your new password in the second field.

  4. Click Save Changes to apply your new password.

If you change your mind, click Cancel to return to the My Account page.


Forgot Your Password?

Log out of Socialbud, select Forgot password on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset your password securely.

3. Email notifications

Customize your notification settings:

  • Posts that failed to Publish:

Toggle this option on to receive notifications about publishing issues or off to stop receiving them.

Ensure to click Save Changes after making updates to apply them.


4. Log Out

To log out of Socialbud, click the "Log out" option.
