How to downgrade a subscription plan in Socialbud

Downgrading your plan in Socialbud is simple and flexible. You can do it at any time to suit your evolving needs. This guide explains the steps and options available to ensure a seamless transition to your downgraded plan.

Downgrade your subscription via Profile

If you prefer to downgrade through your profile, follow these steps:

  1. Open the sidebar and click Profile.

  2. Click the three dots (...) to open a pop-up modal, and select Manage subscription.

  3. The Manage subscription window will open. To proceed:

    • Select your current plan

    • Click Edit Subscription.

    • Click on CHANGE

    • Click on the Package selector and select the plan which fits to your needs than Select billing frequency, then press Update button.

    • Click Update Subscription.


  4. Once the payment is successful:

    • You’ll be redirected back to Socialbud.

      Your new subscription will be activated once your current subscription expires, at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • A confirmation message will notify you of the successful upgrade.

    • This message will include an option to select your additional posting days. Click the Select dates button to proceed.

  5. Set Your Dates

    Navigate to the Platforms and schedule page to set your posting dates.

    If you were previously subscribed to the Grow Fast package, two of the original four posting days will no longer be available.

    Don’t forget to save your settings in Platforms and schedule page using the Save button at the bottom of the page.


Troubleshooting subscription downgrade issues

Missing dates after payment

If your payment was successful but the posting days from your downgraded plan do not appear in the Platforms and schedule page:

  • Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Failed payment
