Resolving connection problems between LinkedIn and Socialbud.

If you're encountering problems linking your LinkedIn account or company page to Socialbud, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue. We will try to help with any social network questions or issues you have, but sometimes the only solution is to directly contact the social networks. For example, if you have trouble logging into LinkedIn, only LinkedIn customer support would be able to assist.

LinkedIn company page not showing

Ensure you have the appropriate admin role for the company page:

  • Super Admin or Content Admin rights are required to link a company page.

  • If you’re not listed as an admin, contact a current Super Admin to update your role.

Authorization issues

During the linking process:

  • Accept all authorization permissions. Declining any permissions can disrupt the connection.

Login problems

If prompted to log in to LinkedIn:

  • Verify you are using the correct LinkedIn account credentials.

  • If you’ve previously authorized Ayrshare with LinkedIn, the login step might be skipped.

Account type selection

Choose the correct account type during setup:

  • Personal Account for individual posting.

  • Company Page for organizational posting.

Admin role changes

If you’ve recently been assigned as an admin:
