How to Start Your Free Trial
1. Sign Up
Begin by signing up using your email address.
Confirm your account by clicking the verification link sent to your email.
Once your account is verified, log in to Socialbud and start exploring.

2. Log In and Complete Onboarding
Log in to Socialbud with the email and password you registered with.
Follow the onboarding steps to share details about your preferences, goals, and style. Providing honest and accurate information ensures your posts align with your brand identity.or personal identity.
During the onboarding process, you’ll be required to provide a valid credit card.
Important note:
Your card will not be charged during the trial period. However, if you do not cancel before the trial ends, payment will be processed automatically.
Once onboarding is complete, Socialbud will take a few minutes to generate your first batch of AI-driven posts based on your inputs.
3. Explore the App
Once your post generation is complete, you’ll be directed to the monthly calendar view. Here, you can:
Review the posts created for you.
Make adjustments to fit your needs.
Explore Socialbud’s powerful tools to enhance your content creation and streamline your social media presence.

About the Trial Period
Your 14-day free trial includes full access to all Socialbud features. However, there is one limitation:
What happens when the trial ends?
If the trial ends without payment:
Your credit card will automatically be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
If the payment fails:
You will lose the ability to generate new posts but can still log in and reactivate your subscription anytime.
You will have notify about this issue. To solve this problem click on Resolve issue button.
If you are unable to locate this button on your device, please open the app from a web browser.This will navigate you to the manage subscription modal, where you can update your Biling details.
You have 14 days to resolve any payment-related issues. If no action is taken within this timeframe, your subscription will be canceled.If the trial ends with successful payment:
Your subscription will be activated without interruption.
A new post-generation day will be established based on your payment date, ensuring continuous access to Socialbud's features.

Can I change my subscription plan during the trial?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time during the trial.
How can I upgrade?
Follow these steps to upgrade your subscription plan:
Open the sidebar menu, locate the Trial badge modal.
If you are unable to locate this option on your device, please open the app from a web browser.Click the Upgrade button to open the Manage Subscription window. To proceed:
Select your current plan
Click Edit Subscription.
Click on CHANGE
Click on the Package selector and select the plan which fits to your needs than Select billing frequency.
Click Update button.
Once the payment is successful:
You’ll be redirected back to Socialbud, where a confirmation message will notify you of the successful upgrade.
This message will include an option to select your additional posting days. Click the Select extra days button to proceed.
You’ll be redirected to the Schedule and platforms page to choose your two additional posting days.
Important notes:If you were previously subscribed to the Get Started plan, the two original posting days remain fixed and cannot be modified.

How can I downgrade?
Follow these steps to upgrade your subscription plan:

How can I track my free trial days?

A countdown badge is displayed at the bottom of the sidebar, showing exactly how many days are left in your free trial.
Email notifications
You’ll receive email reminders as your trial period approaches its end. These notifications will ensure you have enough time to decide whether to subscribe or cancel before the trial expires.
Important notes
Credit card requirement: A valid credit card is required to start the trial. Your card will automatically be charged at the end of the 14-day trial unless you cancel beforehand.
No refunds: Refunds are not available, so make sure to cancel before your trial ends if you do not wish to continue using Socialbud.
